These terms govern your use of the Guaglio website (guaglio.co.uk) and the Guaglio platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service is provided by Go To Consulting Ltd, trading as Guaglio, pending the incorporation of Guaglio Ltd. Registered address: 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. Contact: info@guaglio.co.uk.
Guaglio is a regulatory compliance intelligence platform covering EU and UK obligations. The service includes Ask GUAGLIO (compliance research), the compliance profiler, the regulatory digest, and the instrument library. We may add, modify, or remove features as the platform develops.
Guaglio provides regulatory intelligence tools to help you identify obligations, track changes, and organise compliance information. It is not legal advice. The platform does not replace qualified legal counsel. You remain fully responsible for your own compliance decisions and for verifying any information against the official legal texts.
Where the platform states that an answer is "partial" or that certain areas are "not yet covered", this should be taken at face value. The obligation register is comprehensive but may not include every provision of every instrument.
You agree not to:
We may offer free trial periods. During a trial, you have access to the platform features described at the time of sign-up. At the end of a trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your access will be limited to the free tier.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers will be given the option to continue at their current rate for the remainder of their billing period.
The Guaglio platform, its software, design, obligation register data structures, and editorial content are owned by Go To Consulting Ltd (or its licensors where third-party rights apply). The underlying legislative texts referenced in the register are public legal documents and are not claimed as our intellectual property.
You may use outputs from the platform (answers, reports, profiler results) for your own internal business purposes. You must not resell, redistribute, or publish platform outputs at scale without our written permission.
Parts of the platform, including Ask GUAGLIO, use AI models to generate answers based on the obligation register and regulatory knowledge. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should be verified against official sources. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions.
We aim to keep the service available and reliable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your use poses a security risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before termination.
You may close your account at any time by contacting info@guaglio.co.uk. On closure, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
